Only pick "steps to the sand" if it's a one-minute walk or less — roughly 200 feet. Pace it off if you're not sure: parkers hauling chairs and a cooler will notice if it's farther.
When can people park?
We keep 20% — but the first 50 hosts pay $0 through 2027. Parkers pay the card fee. We handle the rest.

A photo of your driveway is the single best way to stop mix-ups.
Beach driveways are tight. The clearer you are, the better parkers stay in the right spot — and the less chance you get blocked in. Say which side, how many cars fit, and what not to block.
Point them to the water. If it's your private walkway, say where it starts. If it's a public access, name the street or landmark and which way to walk.
